My car wasn't exactly level. They are a tad bit higher than most, but nothing where I am blinding everyone.

the light isn't high... if you look at the cutoff line against the S-Class... its below the mirrors, which is correct & legal...

they are more blue than purple. I'll take a far away shot to show you what they look like. My buddy always tells me he thinks i'm a G35 when I come over...if that helps

How did you do the high beam in Xenon HID? Isn't there a lag in the time it takes for the bulb to ignite?

When you activate your high beams, how did you compensate for the time it takes for the HID bulbs to ignite or do you have the typical lag?

I'm a little confused now. By "Bi-xenons", do you mean your outer lights now also serve as your high beams by way of the movement of a metal case over the bulb (the proper definition of bi-xenons) i.e. zam has worked out how to wire it all up with a servo to move the metal case but also with the center halogens (needed for flashing) as a companion to the much brighter xenon........or are your high beams still coming soley out of the center lights with xenon bulbs (the latter would ruin the center bulbs since xenons cannot be used for flashing, not to mention the lag that Blown has mentioned....)?

Whitey, that's exactly what I was thinking could be the only way to make this work. I guess he used a Mercedes or other vehicles Bi-xenon projector & ballasts & wired them to work in conjunction with the halogen h7's in the center.

my centers are still halogen, the headlights also serve as highbeams. The little metal shield moves aiming the xenons higher.

okay we are mixed up, maybe because on my 540 the centers were my running lights and bottom were fogs. Okay, so on this car centers are fog and bottoms are considered.....

Impressive!

So is this a pic with the high beams on? Also, your fogs sure look like they are on, but dim...what gives? Reflection off the ground?
