Check engine light. Code P0100 plus a couple of more depending upon the actual fault (e.g. P0130 for "high" fault). Worst case is the car just "falls on its face" when accelerating full throttle at higher rpms then runs normally at partial throttle. Best case is there is just a check engine light and worse fuel mileage but otherwise seems to run normally. If it is a one-time fault, the check engine light will turn off after a few days but the code is stored. Don't let that fool you, find the cause because it won't fix itself.

Old post I know. Rear end vibration

I know this is an ol thread. Just accuired my 00 e320 wagon love the car. Jjst dont have money to throw at this "wheel bearing". Is what i originally thought. But its more like flex joints in drive line. At 60mph if I totally let off from torque it will slam. If I gouge it at 60 at a roll it'll like slam so I dont think its tranny glycol poisoning lol. Also the SLS system could it be a leaky strut bleeding off pressure cause suspention sag and slop. PLEASE HELP!

I'd highly recommended buying the LED tail lights. I've had the same set in my car since 2009. I've also replaced the traditional bulbs for the turning signals to LED with resistors. I've never had to replace anything since then.

1999 E320 sedan and 1999 E320 Wagon
I have an interesting issue with my '99 E320 wagon. It will not go above 25KPH, and the trouble codes are all for random misfires, P0300,301,302 etc. any suggestions? (I Changed the fuel filter because was running rough but not as bad as after)

I got a 1998 e430 sport with 300000.
I had an issue with sway on highway speeds/ wobble almost I tried almost everything but then replacing rear trailing arm fixed my problem. It's the small arm in rear suspension with toe adjustment washers.
