Ok
I have my first MB! Just got it 3 weeks ago. Its a Black 97 E320. A beautiful
car with 109000 miles. Im interested in making it look more sporty. Granted I'm a 40 year old machinist with 4 kids. Not a large income, but the car was such a peace of art, I had to have it. I may get Divorced over the whole thing. I was wondering about the Wald exchange V2 kit. Is that a good product? Is it easy to installed? I have stock rims (17) and springs.
Would the car need to be lowered after the kit was installed or could I keep it the same height? And is this a good deal?
I do have good fortune on my side, My next door neighbor is a painter for the MB body shop.
Thanks !

4 wheeled car.
The wald kit is EXTREMELY LOW. You will not be able to get in many places because of it. A seemingly normal driveway turns into a nightmare. Well, that is when your car is lowered. If it weren't lowered, it would look bad. And 17" wheels are too damn small. Need 19's to complete the look.

My old E320 w/ the wald kit, HR cupkit suspension on #1 pads, and 19" iForged wheels:
Day one, slammed it on a mad dip on the freeway. Chipped it. This is the rear of the sideskirt. This is how low it was.

With that said, Wald's color of choice is black. The kit is a VIP kit. VIP colors are either Black or white, but predominantly black. But going along with my OWN personal taste, wald kit on a silver car is....well whack. I don't like it one bit. I saw this pic years ago, and I didn't like it. It made me think twice about my own wald kit. Well that is until it arrived and I saw it MY black car.
Anyway, don't get all butthurt all of the sudden, not everyone's gonna like everything the same. I got people clowning on my headlight and my brabus lip all day long, but I don't give a ****. Don't take that kind of **** personal, it's not worth losing sleep over. I can clown every single car here, but in the end, it's just my personal preference.
