Need Front Plate Bracket

01 E430 Black: Never put the front plates on, now that I want to, I can't find the bracket. If you have one for sale/give away, please PM/e-mail me. Thanks.

Yes, but you can get caps to cover them. I found some caps at a local hardware store that were already white and covered them. they are shown in this picture, look carefully.

but then i got a new bumpr so no longer needed the caps.

i dunno, i like it better with the plate, i think the pre-facelift 210s are lacking in the front...like something is missing. I like it.

'04 Silverado Z71 - sold all my Benzes and need another!
You can probably find the plate bracket at the junkyard for under $100 bucks. Try Mercedes/BMW Parts yard @ (818) 897-9180 and tell Jesse or Tony that Jim sent you. They are located in LA County CA.

FlatlineEF9's lower spoiler lip is either made by Brabus or Carlsson. They both make this or a similar lip for the pre-face W210's. I personally love the Carlsson one and it's very aggressive. Don't know if they're still produced but it's worth a shot because they're bad-a$$.

Well, promise you won't laugh or scold me......promise. OK. Well, like a lot of us, maybe most I have lots of stuff that I leave in the cars (seat covers, papers, bags, foot mats, etc) that just never seem to find a real home - garbage maybe. And with a few cars around, I usually do what my wife calls "garbage transfer" between cars depending on how much space I need in any of the cars. That plate had been part of a pile of stuff in the E until I had to go to New Orleans (I live in MD) on Katrina weekend to pick up my kids who were visiting my Mom-in-law. In my rush, I cleaned the trunk of the E and dumped all that crap into the Z for what I thought would be temporary storage. Well, you know the rest. Even though I did clean the Z somewhat since Katrina, the plate bracket was small matter compared with the meteorites that were killing my Z's mileage, so I just left it in there until yesterday!!!! It's back in the E now. There you go, now laugh off as much as you want!!!
