I own a 1999 W210 Mercedes.
It is a bolt on procedure, should not be that difficult. You will need fenders, hood, front bumper and headlights. Maybe some of the support arms for the fenders.

It's not very difficult but very expensive unless you can find a salvage yard with all of the parts explicit listed above and then some. The easier less expensive way to get a similar look would be to do what axl did and just find the front sport bumper off of an 00-02 and have a body shop cut the bottoms off both bumpers (just under the impact strips) and have the 00-02 bottom put onto the 96-99 bumper. Look on the bottom of the last page in the W210 picture thread sticky and you will see pics of axl's car, it's the white one with the Lambo wheels.

the conversion
thank you everyone for the help. my car is in the shop putting on the amg bumpers and side skirts. will definitely post some pics when i get them.
will i need to replace the hood and doors too? or just the fenders? also, the clips seems to be different too, will i need to drill the parts directly on my body u think? appreciate it guys!

Yes, the hood will have to be replaced along with the headlights, bumper and fenders. Don't forget all of the mounting hardware as well.

Sounds like a GREAT setup and brings back old memories for me; I look forward to seeing it! Best of luck with the project.
