Front

or rear tires?
Fronts, worn suspension parts, locate which ones repair them, and then get it aligned properly.Rear tires, something is bent.
What does the wear look like?

Extreme

negative camber, since there is no factory adjustment for that issue,it must have a worn bushing or a bent control arm.You need to get it on a lift and either examine it for worn suspension parts bushings etc. or have a good indie mb shop examine it.At the age and miles of your model it is common for bushings to be in pretty sad shape.New ones, new shocks and a good alignment will have it feeling like new.

If Nothing is worn out then One can Install the Factory REPAIR bolts to Adjust Camber on the front end
4 bolts needed and a alignment

Ooops

Well If everything looks ok..adjustable camber kit/bars for the rear
I Have seen a few stock 210s with rear camber wear...

Do you haul around four people and a full trunk most of the time?

As alignments are done (Most of the Time) with a empty cabin

E430 Avanrgarde
Mine wore the front tyres down to the canvas and the nearside rear also wore down very quickly.
I am having a 4 wheel track and alignment check, caster and camber this coming Monday.
Not cheap but then neither are tyres
