Light Bulb Under The Glove Box
I just noticed there was a light marker on the bottom of the glove box (not inside the glove box) I took the it out, but there is no bulb, and if the bulbs does go there, its some kind of weird bulb then. I can post a picture if people wont know what im talking about. Well anyways, i tried to plug two wires with a bulb, to see if there is any power going from it..... nothing. Should the power be there? Or is there needs to be some extra fuse for that harness to work?

Update: I noticed, there are 4 of them. One under the glove-box, one, under the steering wheel, and 2 on the back (all supposed to shine on the floor). None of them are working. I figured out the bulb type, its a small LED there. What should I do to turn them on?

MB did not supply interior convenience LED lighting for your car that i'm aware of. so what you may be dealing with is a custom/retrofitted project gone awry. what does "2 on the back' mean, anyway. what year is the car and what country? if you are going to post a pic, please do, to minimize speculation. otherwise, you're just giving general description to a specific problem. take voltage readings with door close/open and post info

Its a 2001 E320. Heres a picture I found from one of the DIY pdf. The light im talking about is highlighted in green. And this is under the steering wheel. (disregard the red, and writing)
same light type is under the glove box. and 2 more of these mounted on the back of both front seats

This is the ambient lights (only comes in the updated cars) i made this custom to my 99" 
only works with the exterior lights on by the night.. the only porpouse for this lights is made ambient in the interior (same as the amber led in your rearview mirror)
if it not works maybe you have a blown fuse (check the drivr side fusebox)

so will be lit when headlights are on? or whan the parking lights as well? and are they always lit? or just when the door is open? I couldn't find any information about the ambient lights in the manual, or anywhere on this forum. And also, do you know by any chance what fuse it is?
