-I don't have any pics of the ksport setup, but I am going to test fit my BBK this weekend and I will take a few pics then. Basically a spring and adjustment sleeve replaces the springs. the PSS tires are the best all around tire I have ever used. wet and dry grip is amazing. Here in Hawaii we get a lot of heavy rain in the wet season and these tires have never let go on me...even with hard acceleration, cornering, and my current 4 inch drop lol. They are pricey, but less expensive then my former favorite, the pilot sport two. If you opt for PSS and eibach/koni...be prepared because your car will be transformed to a real sporty beast.
Sweet!

The springs and shocks are sitting at home and waiting on other hardware/tools to arrive. Been looking at more stuff such as control arm bushings and I've learned that we can adjust camber with special bushings...thought it was interesting. Kmac has some but they cost quite a bit.

I'm going to be running my stock E430 rims with winter and the monoblocks with summers...maybe PSS if the funds allow hah.

Any luck getting some photos of the coilovers?

Also what did you do with the rear bumper where the exhaust tips are? I have an E55 exhaust on and just put a spacer on the mount so it hangs under the bumper. I'd like to get an AMG rear bumper to have the tips look right or was thinking of a lip from ebay?

Where you get your brabus bits from? though to find from my experience ha

Unfortunately my friend, whos shop I work on my car at, has the flu...and im avoiding him for a few weeks lol. I couldn't test fit the brakes this weekend and decided to detail my bike instead.

For the rear bumper, its a brabus rear lip. Most people think I only have a brabus front lip, mostly because the sides and rear look pretty factory. The brabus rear valence comes with a cutout already...but I did have to have a muffler shop adjust the tips.

My lip kit I bought used back in 08 from a guy in socal, I realize how lucky I was to get it now...its super rare. wheels are still being made by brabus, so it was just a quick call to them to pick them up with the centercaps. Brabus USA has NOTHING left for our cars...so ive been working with them finding other older model parts that might fit...example, my shift knob is actually from a w220, my steering wheel is from a w208, and my hood emblem is from a 140, doorpins from an A class.

I also have a friend in Germany who is keeping an eye out in the local market for parts for me.

Test fit the S55 brakes today. They work...gonna get the calipers sprayed and ill post up pics. The calipers are kinda beat up and don't look too good in their present condition.

Also fit 5mm spacers front and rear.

Edit: Pic for serbnerd

Got some dirty rolling shots too. Just had the car inspected last month. Car is fully legal now, but I had to strip the tint and get it redone in a lighter shade.

Front right now is oem size brembo slotted rotor and stoptech pads. I purchased 345mm C55 rotors and 02 S55 calipers which will be thrown on after I get the calipers resprayed.

Rears are still stock. Will do a BBK on them soon, but first I just found out I have to replace a rear subframe bushing

Had an issue over the weekend. Heard a clicking noise and found out that for some reason my lugnuts weren't torqued :/ either I forgot to torque one side of the rear properly, or its a stud issue

Will be posting pics later. Stud kit to be replaced tomorrow.

I still have the RAD bolts I was running with my w211 E55 wheels so I might use those...but I may just replace the studs and keep using Honda lugnuts.

Another thing that's been bugging me. When I did my OEM xenon conversion, one of my headlights was from a 99 and the other was from a 96. The 96 one had some yellowing of the lens where it was melted. Took me 9 months but I finally found a suitable cheap lens on ebay. Hard to find the driver side. Did a lens swap last night.

Before. You can see the yellow and the slightly melted part.

To remove the clear "diffuser" or whatever its called, I simply used a blow dryer for a few minutes on the 4 tabs that were glued in. I was going to attempt the baking method (200 degrees in an oven) but the blow dryer worked out well, so I didn't have to resort to that.

Difference between the two parts. Holy moly that thing is yellow.

New part. nice and clear

I cleaned out the holes for the tabs and used a clear epoxy on the 4 mounting tabs. Clear headlight again.

Finished product.

Will have some pics on the car after I wash her. Been kinda dirty lately.

When you remove the lug nuts does the whole stud come out sometimes, or do they stay put?

I put some thread locker in there so they stay put. To remove...simply heat the stud with a torch, the thread lock will get soft and you can get the studs back out

No prob. The blue one is the one I used. I only put it in the first 3 threads that go into the hub. You can avoid lugnut seize by putting spark plug anti-seize lube in your lug nuts too. Comes in handy if you take your rims off a lot.

Coilover kit doesn't look that complicated to be honest...just has the adjustment on the spring part. Wish I could use that on eibach springs or something.

So I put Pad1 on front and Pad2 on rear and car sits nicely. The einbachs are whole bunch stiffer so bye bye comfort on slow bumper roads hah.

Keep up the pictures!

BTW what brake calipers you get? I'm thinking of getting C32 calipers or save money and get the W220 Sclass calipers since they're the same...apparently.

I got calipers from the 02 S55 AMG which look very similar to the C32 brake calipers. I am going to need to put about 1/2 inch worth of spacers on the caliper bolts though to line up the caliper and rotor properly though.
