I've fallen in love with these. Technically based upon the specs given in the auction, would these shoes have any issues fitting the w210?

Wow, looks great with the new AMG style III centre caps

I understand OZ has special interchangeable fitments that'll allow their wheels fit the benz's and yes, they look great on the E's - seen them on a few.

i think they will fit just watch your tire size...i have 18x8 et35 on the front w/245-40-18 and they rub....get 235-40-18 or smaller.

This topic has been discussed many times before but here it is again for good measure:

The wheel dimensions on the OZ's are standard AMG (i.e. = mine )
But since the offset is variable with different special made spacers/fitmets in the OZ's, make real sure when you get them that they come per below for a good fit (also standard AMG recommendations which is quite aggressive i.e. stretched to the fender limits ):

ET35 front
ET31 rear

I personally use 225/40 in the front which are a step down from the standard AMG recommendation but I find steering is slightly more responsive and lighter without having too much error on the speedo but that's just my preference.

According to OZ's website they should fit your E-class, the list prices are as follow:

18 x 8 $ 450.00 (weights 27 lbs)
18 x 9 $ 500.00 (weights 28.8 lbs)
Both sizes have a 35mm offset.

For a total of $ 1,900.00 price list.

I'd recommend calling tir rack or discount tire, they should be able to give you a pretty good deal on them with out having to go thru the bidding process.

I don't have offset specs but i can tell you that i run 245/35/19's all around with H&R springs with a coil cut up front and #1 pads and it rubs a little when pulling into driveways or dips where the wheel must be turned. Maybe with Bilstein sport shocks it wouldn't rub but its not that bad.

By the way that pic is at least 2 years old and before springs. The link has the most recent pics that i've taken.

From the pic of the wheels it seems that its a staggered setup. All my wheels are exactly the same and i'm not sure how wide a tire you can put on the rear but i don't think you would have trouble with those.

If I remember correctly, the stock height of the pre-98 W210 (mic's and mine) actually sit higher than the 99+ (yGator's), so it may be little different when fitted on Mic's car.

Eeek ! That looks different to the "standard" 99+ I've seen around and very much like my car before I lowered it - may be difference between Euro and US specs

those listed specs are errors. The OEM E55 Monoblock II wheels are:

18X8 et31 front
18X9 et35 rear

I got the same inside rubbing with 18X8 et35 using Nitto 555 tires which have a 'broad' shoulder design. I switched back to Dunlop 9000 to eliminate the rub. It is still very close inside - no room.

Kev, you forgot to mention your's is an AMG with the fenders already rolled at the factory so it'll be even closer on stock cars.
