They will have to remove everything, strip down to bare metal (there's lots of rust on your car), replace any torn or bent pieces with new or good used ones welded back on like factory, then re-seal and insulate all bare metal as factory. Probably $4-5k in repairs done properly.
Buy another car.




Those cars had spring perch recall in USA. The time is probably over, but doesn't cost much call Service Adviser at local dealership and ask.
What is really amazing on your perch is that with no sign of rust around, the spot weld corroded.
I zoomed on the picture and did not see to many welds to start with, what makes situation better for you by indicating inferior craftsmanship.
Shops usually charge in the range of $300 for RIVETING new perch. But again, that in USA
