to start it off they are rude when you call and ask for parts, it seems like thye really hate there job? i've been to bmw dealerships and they kiss your feet and treat you so nice and at mercedes it the other way around.....anyways due to some reasons i had to go there to get some rewiring done. they did it and charge me a grip just to look at **** and rewire it and to top it off they do the job half ***. i had a trunk lid that lights up and i wanted it to light up to my door sills but i wanted it to light up only when i open my door but they wired it to my tail lights????????? he even called me to ask me how i wanted it done....... and then on top of stuff they didn't secure things back to how they were and then when i complained they said since the cars heavily modified there's nothing they can do? they just redid the wiring??? what modifiying was done to the wiring(they just did it).

anyways on top of it all they didn't provide me with a rent-a-car even though i had one for 2 weeks when they had the car.... you pay a lot of money for things to be done and you recive ****y service, just sucks

Dang Alex...which dealer is this, so I know where not to go. I've had my share of bad episodes with some of the stealerships in the valley, I hate it when I pick up the vehicle and then find loose screws laying around the floormats...not knowing wtf it goes to. Calabasas Motorcars has been very timely efficient and to my satisfactory. Keyes European has freshly baked cookies in the morning... But their SA I've dealt with are clowns!

lol you know better than to take your door sills to get wired up at the dealer mang! It's at Jimmy's you gotta go to foo!

they key w/ any dealer is to make friends with them. While my service dept is a bit shady (They love to ALWAYS charge me $1000 for whatever I get done there), my parts guy is kick ***. I made buddy buddy w/ the guy and now I get wholesale or near wholesale whenever I go there. I don't even have to ask for the "Mike price" anymore, he just does it.

Thanks Mike but I already wired his door sills once and then when he got into that little fender bender, they needed to be rewired but I am just finding this out now.

Hey Alex, why didn't you come back to me so that I can fix your wiring instead of paying the stupid stealership??? Hit me up mang!

Anyway, I deal with the wholesale parts dept. at Calstar Motors in Glendale and they're great. I never have any problems and the guys there get me what I need, fast.

I have never experienced this with my dealer. I have been allways treated with respect and courtesy. They have been very honest. From the attitude in your post and the language, perhaps they do not care for how you treat them or speak with them. In addition, My dealer reserves the right NOT to work on vehicles that have been modified with non MB parts or accessories. They claim that their mechanics when going thru recurrent training learn all the factory stuff and with moded cars their training is of no use in many cases.

I Would go over the service advisor and go to the GENERAL Manager
Tell Him the story....Give Him a chance to make good..
Then Make a call to the BBB and The BAR Re This..They CAN and WILL help you re the B/S...btw it goes on record to the dealer!
