FYI, a clean 2000 E320 with 81,000 miles only fetches $17K in California. That's after a month of eBay, AutoTrader and Cars.com. I started out at 22 with my sound system, then pulled the system and dropped the price to 20, then to 19, then to 18 and finally said **** it and sold it to a guy for 17 (nice guy and he got a clean good car for a good price). When I first dropped it to 20 someone offered me 18, and I said "no thank you" because I was sure I could get closer to 20. I think the mileage pretty much scares everyone away even though all the maintenance has always been done and these Benzes pretty much go forever when you take care of them.
