Rear spoiler comparisons

'08 AM Vantage V8 - '03 E500

No spoiler would be the preferred option. Rear spoilers are becoming so common on Hondas, Toyotas and every tin can coming out of Detroit that it would cheapen your Benz to stick a spoiler on it.

Looks nice, ats. Clean and tasteful.

I'd remove that AMG badge though. Not so tasteful.

Actually, the rear spoilers I was ranting against were wing spoilers. "Lip" spoilers, while still not my cup of tea, can be appropriate for a Benz. Who knows - they might even be functional.

You'll notice that there was a slight spoiler ridge designed into the trunk lid of the W210 body. Anything more would require speeds over 120 to be called "functional".

Any pics of the MB lip spoiler? Profile and rear end would be appreciated. Does it come painted w/ sticker ready to go? Oh also, how much?

i don't believe they are. I just ordered the 1 piece, as i didn't want to have it super visible from the side view of the car.

They do look VERY similar to the mercedes though so far as size and shape.
