Just got this in, and wanted to see how it would look before actually screwing it in. Probably get it screwed in this week and take more pics.

Sorry, no like! Carbon and white doesn't match and IMO doesn't look good. If it was white maybe. I would not put it on.

Carbon fiber and white are the perfect combo.... I wish I had a white car lol.

You just need to powder coat the rims next then it will look awesome.

MY opinion is that carbon looks wannabe. There is no need and it has no practical advantange to get carbon as opposed to fiberglass or ABS plastic in the same color as the car. It is the same as when car owners clad the interior with carbon/plastic on the center console and instrument cluster.

If that is really the look you want get better at driveing and join Nascar or similar.

Again this is my opinion and I can assure you that you will never see carbon on my car. This doesn't mean that I would not install parts or a whole body kit sometime in the future, new rims and lower it but it will be done with class and style to match the car.

Again, MY opinion and MY car.

Would I be out of line to ask what happens the first time you drive up a steep driveway? Or park a little too close to that concrete bumper at the front of a parking space?

That is what I am debating. My car is not lowered yet, but plan to lower it. So if I do I have to drive carefully. Actually am thinking of selling it and getting a painted one now. The carbon just stands out too much.

...and it looks like two of these are on ebay right now, I assume you changed your mind? That, or the guy the on ebay stole your picture. Why couldn't you paint these?

Actually I got my lip for them. You can paint them, but a waste of carbon fiber. Decided to keep mine =). Just have not had time to mount it on securely.
