NEW RIMS!!! - Pics! Can I fit wider tires w/o Rubbing?

I'm curious... Why do people obscure their license plates when posting pictures online? I mean, there's nothing really secret about the number, and if I saw you driving down the street I'd be able to see it. I do understand it when posting OTHER people's cars, I guess, but why when posting one's own car? What is it that I'm missing?

LOL...thanks for the love. I see you remember my pothole incident.
I probably would get 100 mpg, as I'd have to drive 50mph max!!

I am sorta digging my "bumble-bee" rim. It fits my 175mm tire quite nicely. Complements my 275 on the other side.
Hope my tire arrives in a day or 2.

No reason. Just habit. Notice I didn't cover my license plate frame?
GO BEARS!!!
How's it we win a game, but drop a spot in the rankings? hmmm...

the guy who wants to do burnouts in his E should copy your setup. bet he could smoke the ***** out of the tires then!

Out Of Control!!
Well thats no fun if you have to down grade the car to do it... heck, I could get an automatic 92 Camry to burn off a tire if I raise the front end enough so the tires dont touch, lol...

I was going to peel off the bright yellow stickers, but wanted to see if they'd glow in the dark...imagine that spinning in the dead of night!
