You have airmatic suspension? Or do you have regular springs all the way around? Airmatic requires a lowering module, programming with sds, modified sensors links/washers. Steel spring suspension would just need springs all the way around. One of the other.

No sir. You either have springs all the way round or the airmatic all the way round. No such thing as half and half. Do you have a little button near your gear shift that will raise the car automatically? If so, you have the airmatic. If not, you have springs. Once you figure that out, we can help you better.

If your car has the sports suspension, can you still use the eibach springs to lower the car?

Unless there is something really different with the 07's that I don't know about, which I doubt, it's either one or the other. Do you or don't you have the little raise button to the left of your gear selector? If you don't have that button, you don't have airmatic.

Does someone have a picture of this button to show him?

Wagons have automatic load leveling, sedans do not.

Here's the button I'm referring to.

With airmatic: You see the little button below and to the left of the gearshift?

https://mbworld.org/forums/attachmen...0&d=1151519633

Without Airmatic

https://mbworld.org/forums/attachmen...9&d=1172770446

So basically, if you don't have this button, you have go with lowering springs all around.

I had an '06 E350 Sport and used H&R springs and it lowered 2". H&R lowers more than Eibach (1.5"). I now have an '07 E350 Saks Fifth Ed. and thinking of lowering it again. I'm in SoCal and there's a place in L.A. who did mine for $350 installed. I need to remember the place or find the receipt.

I have the same problem here, can't find anyone in the Boston / NH area that will touch the car. I sold my H&R's on Ebay due to this and have held off getting larger wheels.

Most will work with the older ones but fear touching the 2004 on models.
