I agree with W211 Ryda that Costco and Discount tires (or America's Tire) are probably your best bets. Costco doesn't have all makes but do have Michellin's and they provide nitrogen fill. Discount and America's have many more brands to select from and provide better balancing in my opinion. Both Costco and Discount provide life time balance/rottion and for a small fee at Discount you can get a liftime warranty against roadside damage.

Tirerack
I usually order from the Tirerack so I can pick and choose the brand and size of tires that I need, and then I will have the tires drop-ship to my local installer, which you can choose at the website of Tirerack. The local installers are rated by the previous buyers so you have an idea of the quality of service. I recently replaced my E tires and I would highly recommend the Bridgestone RE960. It is highly rated at a reasonable price

I'm another Tire Rack customer. I get them in two days from Sparks, Nevada. I just had a set of MXV4 +'s mounted and balanced for $70 at a local independent Goodyear dealer. Combine that with the money I saved and the choices I have from Tire Rack and it's a no brainer.
I hate Discount Tire. Just listening to them do a number on naive buyers is enough to turn me off. I paid to have a road force balance and I later found that all the weights were loose so what I eventually got was a regular balance at road force prices. Not only that but they replaced my high quality Mercedes stems with metal caps with stems that were the wrong length and had cheap plastic caps. Finally, they use clip on weights instead of stick on weights.
I've never been in Costco in my life. Just listening to my brother-in-law is enough to know that's not where I want to go. I'm a firm believer that you don't always get what you pay for but you never get what you don't pay for.

Just bought two sets of Michelin's from Costco. Beat TireRack's price on both (considering all-in cost) and the install and balance seemed very good.
They might not have what you want in the store but you can order yourself on the Internet and have them shipped to the most convenient Costco location.
They put on green valve stem covers for some reason.

I rather go to a Brick and Mortar location and have the car serviced right away ....
