Where to obtain 2003 W211 Catalog?

Where to obtain 2003 W211 Catalog?
Is there anywhere (besides ebay, which i've checked--and only seems to have a general AMG catalog from 2003 or 2004--but written entirely in German) where I can get that same catalog in English? Just to be clear, I'm referring to the dealer advertising that Mercedes will send you in the mail or you might pick up while at a dealership. Any guidance would be appreciated.

I still have mine. It's a big thing--11" by 15". Is there anything specific you need out of it? It's too big to scan, but I'd be happy to look something up for you.
