Thinking of buying 19" rims suggestions needed?

Hi,

I am thinking of getting a new set of rims & tires and considering the 19" with the 245/35 in the front and 275/30 in the back and my question is:

Will there be any tire rubbing issue with the size I am considering?

Also will it look good without lowering?

The reason I don't want it lower is we have quite a bit of snow in the winter time and prefer keeping the stock height.

Anyone got some pics to show how the 19" looks without lowered will be very helpful!

Thank you in advance!

I'm running staggered Mandrus Millinium 19's on my car.. 19x8.5 with 244/35 front and 19x9.5 with 275x30 in the back.

I have no problem with rubbing, i haven't lowered my car yet..

Thanks ivanla for your post!

That's the exact rims / tires size I am thinking of getting.

How's the ride with the 19"?

Thanks again and have a great day!

if your thinking of not lowering your car than i wouldnt go with 19s on the E, I've personally been searching for 18s for the past few weeks w/ not much luck, especially if your trying to keep the design classy..

why not 20s? u wont have any problem with those on an E class. i think 19s are too small for an E class body.

until you get a flat! I was at the dealership today and I saw this W211 on 20s crawling onto the lot. He actually had a flat and managed to damage his rims since he had rubber band-thin tires. 20s look great for show, but I'd be sweating bullets driving with them.

yeah man. i wanted to take a pic of it but the owner was there with the SA. His rims weren't damaged that badly, just some curb rash all around...but it would really suck if you had some high-end rims.
