Tint place in bay area

any recommendations in nor cal?
also, does brand matter?

I'm in SF. But south bay also works if there is a good shop out there.

I heard, that Mr Tint is pretty good. it cost you about $300 for the tint. and it located on between Steven Creeks and San Tomas Exp.

I didn't get my E63 tinted there. I took my old 545i for tint after some random act of stupidity by a punk smashed my rear window at the Embarcadero this past summer. I was talking to the guy as he tinted my replacement window, and I believe he quoted $400 for all the windows excluding the front windshield. This quote was for the top of the line ceramic Formula One Pinnacle Series.

The E63 was tinted by a Formula One dealer in LA right after I took delivery of it in OC.

Did you get your windows tinted? I'm looking to get my windows tinted in the next couple weeks and am looking for recommendations on tint installers, film type, tint amount, and price I should expect to pay. I have a pewter w211 and currently have no tint on any of the windows. Thanks!

I had Rocky mountain/Livermore tint our 07' Mini Cooper for $309 Last year with LLUMAR tint.
( 7 windows- rear hatch, 4 sides, 2 sunroof)

Nice shop and people, Very pleased with their work.

I called them for a quote on my 320 and it was $375 LLUMAR for all 5 windows.

Ended up going with KarTunz in Pleasanton as I wanted a one stop shop where a clear bra could also be installed- $275 for all 5 windows ( Madico charcoal non metallic) and $600 for the clear bra.

Also pleased with their work.

That carry's different brands of film and has done all my MB's. Looks like Sydney also has a shop in San Leandro.
