Cool led parking light, plate light

ok i know that this has been covered many times but can not seem to find all my answers in the same place

i have gotten all parts i belive are needed my questions are

for the parking lights where do i wire in the resistor which side goes to negative and which side goes to positive it doesnt have any arrows or markings that say so for the front i am planning on using a 100ohm 10 w resistor unless anybody has a better suggestion

for the plate light in the rear i am using a 50 ohm 10 w resistor is this good or should i go with the 100ohm 10w and do i have to remove the cover on the inside of the trunk lid to do this job

oh and my resistors are from radioshack the grey block looking ones

thanx in advance

Resistors are unidirectional; they don't have polarity.

Looks good, When i wired my LEDs in the park lamps the leds kept blink every 5 seconds i had no such luck where did you get your resistors from but basically did the same setup except i used the larger resistor..?

I actually tried the same hook up this weekend and the LED bulb flashes once and nothing after that. the BULB OUT still shows up on the dash .

I tried 3 diff LED bulbs and diff setups and it would just blink and the error would show but would not stay on. IDK i will try again i guess.
