Mercedes E-320 4matic
How would these rims look on a 2004 e-320 4-Matic
This is my first post so i am not really good at this.
I am looking at the 20 inch D'vinci Blade II on my black e-320

That's a good-looking rim, but it won't be able to hold much tire. It always seems a silly to me when I see high performance vehicles that can't go fast without risking a blowout or worse in the event of rough pavement or a driveway.

You will not have much of a sidewall on those rims. This increases the likelihood of bending a rim and blowing out a tire when you hit typical pothole. This will get expensive after a few incidents.
Also, rims that are that big will make your rotors look very small and attract a lot of attention to your car (not always good attention either).

What's up. Nice rims. I do have a new set of black mrr gt1's 20 inch staggered with a chrome lip of my 2006 e500. Let me know if you like I can send pics.

mercedes 2011 CLS550 with AMG package
I would not be concerned with the 20" wheels. I have had them on my last benz for 4 years and then just got another E series and I have had NO issues.
If you are going to track the car , well now that is another story regarding performance and I agree that those sizes will actually affect the performance. But for the day to day, they look great.
In regards to the wheel selection, that is very personal. I am not a big fan of those wheels. BUT that is just my opinion. I am a huge wheel guy and put aftermarket wheels on all my cars.
Even my wife's car has 22" style amg wheels on her R350.

I think those wheels look pretty cool, but around Lake Tahoe we have some horible roads. Our car rides so nice on the 16's that I am afraid to go much bigger, I rode in an "E" with 18's up I80 to Truckee Ca and it was not nearly as nice a ride as the 16's. They do look nice with a bigger wheel though, if I didn't live in the mountains maybe.
