What do you mean?

I can change mine between the "Mercedes-Benz" one and "AMG" startup screen using the 5-3-7 trick.

+1 I also have mine changed to the AMG screen at start up. It only lasts like 1 second at start up and I don't even pay any attention to it anymore. It is almost not worth the effort, but I am too lazy to change it back.

I think he means the standard lawyer message after the logo screen.
I don't think you can turn that off?

I can get into this menu on my 08 E550, but cant get it to stick. It goes back to the original logo when I turn it off. Any way to save the settings, or am I doing something wrong?

I've read about 100 posts on this, and seems like everyone has done it, but not everyone can say HOW they got to it, or saved it, or if it worked.

I can get in, not sure what the options mean, and can't save any options. Throw me a bone please

After you change the settings, turn the unit off without touching anything else. Wait more than just a minute or two before turning it back on (perhaps as long as 30 minutes?), and the changes will be there.

There are probably a few ways to do it, but the easiest method is to turn the COMAND on with the key out/ignition off, make the change, turn the COMAND off without exiting the menu, and wait until the MOST system powers down, which is about two-three minutes. When you turn the COMAND back on, instead of immediately showing the logo, it has to "boot" and will take about two to three seconds to come on. Then, it should show the new logo.

I have heard that opening and closing the driver's door will sometimes help restart the MOST system, so you can try that while you are staring at the oversized clock to tick two times to turn back on the COMAND.
