Do you mean it does not go fully down even if you keep on pressing the button? If it does, then it is likely the re-sync issue (although odd if only one window needs to be resynchronised). Is the window moving smoothly, does it make any difference if you try to "help" a bit when opening it? Perhaps an issue with the mechanics although that should be more a problem with the W210 rear windows.

Window
It wasn't working at all. The window did not even move a bit. The next day I got in the car and it went down with no problem, like nothing was ever wrong. I am happy about that. Thanks guys

I would expect this to happen again. Of course it could be a loose connector,, but my $$ is on the brushes in the motor.

Might be regulator, just putting my two cents. 3 years ago on my 94 S420 I had the back windows down and I couldn't get the one behind the driver to go back up, regulator went bad.
Kind of interesting thing, my friend's 93 500SEL had the same problem and so did my cousin's 98 528i and my other friend's 94 Jetta VR6. And this was all the same window, the one behind the driver. I've heard it's a German thing.
