Sat Radio on Euro Comand
Is it posible to have sat radio on a euro comand if you can access the program menus using 5-3-7 and change the model to US. Then switch back to view video?

Nothing MB related (sorry)
Satellite radio is something that is only available for the USA / Canada. Meaning that only US spec head units can integrate with Sirius SAT radio.

Euro comands can NOT integrate with Sirius. You could choose to hook up SAT radio to the AUX input (or to the TV tuner, if you have that installed as well). But you won't have full integration then!

Where I can see/change the channels from the head unit?

Which satellite radio service would you listen to in Europe if your car supported that?
