Does anyone have the DTB #'s for jerky/jolty/bumping Transmissions??

I've taken it to the Dealer twice and they give me some BS as to how it's "normal" and/or how they can't reproduce the problem. I'm getting fed up and I'd like to get some advice on how to handle this (and if it is indeed supposed to be normal), and get some DTB numbers if they're out there so I can tell them what it is and what needs to be replaced.
Thanks.
