New steering wheel installed (pretty easy)
As it's been posted on here a couple of times, I won't go into details, but it was about a 30 minute job.

Looks good. The hardest part is loosening the main hex nut, if you're by yourself. Don't want to use the steering wheel lock mechanism to counter the force needed to loosen that sucker up. It's hella tight.
How do you like the MP Design wheel?
Empty that trash bag and for God's sake, vacuum.

very nice wheel. Does it have fingertip grooves on the back? The one I got doesn't and it bothers my fingers a lot compared to our CL500 which doesn't bother me at all.

Looks great. I'd be all over that style steering wheel IF it didn't cause me to lose the heated steering wheel feature... I use my heated steering wheel feature alot here in Colorado during what seems like 9 months of winter cold...

This was discussed in a thread a while back. As far as I can recall, the majority, if not all of the people that had grooves on the wheel, had aftermarket steering wheels.

I have a 2003 MB E320 with a heated steering wheel. The leather on the steering wheel has deteriorated due to age. My vin is WDBUF65J03A221017 with a 138A MB TEX-LEATHER TWIN/ARTICO - GRAY interior.
The p/n of the steering wheel is 211 460 2203 per the local dealer. Cost of a new replacement from the dealer is $2250.
Will a used MB steering wheel p/n A211 460 0203 fit?
* Also, my guess is that the heated steering wheel may no longer work but not sure. Maybe all wheels contain the parts that are needed for the heat.
