If the 20 inch rims have enough space for the OEM sensors, of course those would work. If you do not keep track of the sensor positions, restart the system and drive long enough in order for the system to detect correct sensor positions.
The tyre shop has to be careful when installing tyres for those wheels, in order not to break them.

...you can either reuse your old sensors or buy new sensors for your new wheels (your rimzzzz don't need sensors but your wheels do - although technically the TPMS is mounted to the rim of your wheel)
While the sensors cost money, it still might be cheaper to buy new ones than to pay for removing the old ones and rebalancing your wheels. If you plan on keeping your old wheels then you'll want to keep your old sensors. Conversely, if you plan on selling them, you'll get more for them with the sensors...

What do you need in order to retrofit TPMS on your car? and once you get the TPMS sensors how do you enable them so you can see the pressure for each tires? I have a 07 E550 wonder if that makes any difference?
