Perhaps you could help a bit, at least my English skills aren't good enough to figure out what exactly are you trying to remove. Do you mean the whole instrument panel or perhaps just the airbag pad or is it something completely different (I assume it is ).

2005 BLK/BLK E-Double Nickel.
I could be wrong, but I think he's trying to remove the skin of the dashboard that the passenger airbag sit under..... i think I've seen it discussed here before, maybe someone can chime in...

Bumping this thread - any tips or DIYs on removal of this piece? I have to remove this and not sure where to begin..where are the clips or torx screws located? Is there any risk of clip or part breakage or is there any area in which to be particularly cautious?

Oh, that is the whole instrument panel upper section, a big and thick part, unlike skin in my opinion. I would not do it without access to WIS instructions. It can be done as a DIY task but it involves removing a lot of parts.

remove the combi aka instrument cluster and steering wheel
climate control
dash end caps
wood trim strips

Its Factory AMG

AMG sells a complete kit for a NON AMG vehicle Mufflers,hangers,and a reducer fitting for the smaller dia exhaust to the larger AMG dia exhaust

Its in EPC..and a direct bolt on
