Lowering and other options questions using star

I took home an 06 E500 Sport last week and I'm loving my new baby. I have a mechanic at a local dealer that is going to hook me up and lower my car with the star diag. I wanted to know what a good setting is for the drop height. Also, what other items can i change with the star. I'd love to turn off the keyless-go take your key remider beep, lol!

Seriously, No one knows? lol! I'm going in in a couple days and I just want to help check what he is doing to my car. I have seen people claiming dropping from .5 to 1.5 in using the sds and some people doing different levels front and back. I want to take it as low as the sds can do but just want a realistic expectation of what to be shooting for. Thanks....

btw its a 06 e500 with the p2 and sport package.

I think the best options for you is adjustable links 1. Easy to install 2. U can go as low as u want.

i''m planning to put 19s on my E500 sport package and get lowering via sds. I'm looking for probably 1-2 finger fit between tire and wheel well if possible. As long as i don't have too much negative camber to affect wearing of tires.

adjustable air ride makes links. You may want to try STAR first tho

I'm going to have it sds lowered tomorrow. Just wondering what is a typical lowering height to be expected on the e500 with this? I've seen alot of people doing different heights and just need a little advice..

That's the set up I have on my car now and it works perfect! No issues with excessive camber wear and I'm running P2's on it.

Is 1.5 and 1.0 the actual setting in the software when the SDS is hooked up?

Got any larger pics of your car? I'm curious how low that is.
