Its possible the previous owner added/removed the system to the car & it needs programming to know its there/not there.

On mine there is no screen that shows all 4 tire pressures. It just tells you to check tire pressures when one of them is low. There's a procedure for resetting the TPMS. Did you try that? it's explained in the manual.

You have to have sensors in 4 wheels that are working, i.e. batteries have not failed.

MB dealer or independent can check sensors via DAS life expectancy is 5 to 7 years. Components consist of 4 wheel sensors, 4 antennas in wheel housings and control module located at left side of trunk behind rear SAM. The place to begin would be to inspect wheel sensors that may need replacement. Sensor part #0008224806 (for comparison shopping, parts.com $128.80) and just in case front/rear, left/right antenna 0018274801 (66.70), control module 2115406245 (342.70).

It is an individual at cost option, you can check out the marketing brochure here http://www.ragtop.org/mbbrochures/ and enter your VIN here http://old.mbclub.ru/mb/vin/?lng=eng (full version) for a list of factory-installed equipment. If any codes come up unknown, PM your VIN and I will send a copy of the MB datacard
