Oh I was serious, the insert part had me worried. What exactly does insert mean, are all of the seats fully leather? The main reason I asked is from researching many other sim posts someone mentioned that only like 2% had real leather.

If you had full leather, there would be an upcharge of $1,500. You can easily spot full leather interiors by the gathered material on all doors, above the door handle.

Said differently, the doors have wrinkles. No wrinkles, no leather
There is leather on some of the seat (the perforated sections). Leather cleaners works on pleather too

Looks like you don't have the Leather Option.
Pre Face-Lift W211's with standard M-B Tex all came with genuine Leather Inserts, nice touch by M-B that they have eliminated from newer models.

It looks like my car is sim to yours except yours is fully loaded. Does yours have full leather? If not what do you use on your pleather?

Nice.
Mine actually isn't full Leather, but I'm actually happy, as we get to SIT on Leather (most important part), but have to maintain fake leather (or not maintain more like ).
M-B Tex is super durable, so not much needs to be done, I used a Leather Conditioner once, which is a no no (came out okay, but not the right product).
After all my research, I've come to the conclusion of the best thing to do is just keep it CLEAN, damp water rag style, then I got this product called "AEROSPACE 303".... AMAZING!! It protects, basically conditions, etc. every material your car has, I just wipe it all over my interior, haven't done it in a long time, but considering my car is garaged and not driven all that much, I figure I can do it yearly or bi-yearly and it'd be fine. My interior looks like brand new.
