Should my 2007 E550 Sport w/ Package 2 come w/ the Bluetooth puck?

I just bought this car CPO'd this past weekend (love it!). I'm wondering if the P2 package gives me the Bluetooth puck or was it taken out of the car?

A lady at the dealership who does some addon selling was trying to convince me to buy the puck for $493. I'm getting the new HTC EVO phone this weekend and would love to be wireless in my new car.

Thanks everyone and I look forward to being a member here

probably doesnt come with the car. i just got an 07 e63 last weekend. and the original owner had bought the puck and left it with the car. but dont pay 500 bucks for one. check ebay. they have them all day long for nearly half the price. even buying 2 used ones is better than paying full price for a new one. enjoy your e.

I believe that
B 6 787 6131 is the 3rd Gen (newest)
B 6 787 5878 is the 2nd Gen
and each can be found on EBay and the Forums' Classifieds for around $150.

The puck is optional. Check eBay for a better price. Also, not all cell phones are compatible with the MB Bluetooth puck i.e., they will not pair. Below is the latest list of compatible phones.

Where are you located?

Please post your results as I'm waiting to see if the EVO will work with the puck before buying it.

I have the puck in my car now (I'm in SoCal) and it works great w/ my Blackberry 8830.

My Palm Pre Plus works flawlessly. Address book downloaded, which was top priority for me. Pairing up has never been an issue.
