Opinions: remove the E500 emblem or the AMG emblem

Here are a few pics of the ride. I'm wondering if you guys can chime in on my E63 Conversation:

1. remove the E500 emblem
2. remove the AMG emblem
3. leave them Both
4. remove then Both
5. Dude, WTH?! put the original bumpers back on!

Thanks!!

My opinion is take them all off, I like the clean look. Whatever you decide, I would change that grille. I looks like it's from the movie Cars.

The AMG logo has to go 100%. It's not an AMG vehicle.
Regarding E500, I'd say your call on leaving it on removing it. It does look very clean without it, however.

Remove the AMG logo, you don't have an AMG car.

Put the orig front grill back on .. I don't know why people think that giant star looks good, it doesn't.

The rest of your car is very nice.

put original grille back, take off AMG logo. the E500 is up to you, I'd probably just leave that one on. but everything else looks really nice though

Agree 400% Mercedes decided not to put the star on the OE grill for a reason!

+5...and that is coming from someone who had the star grill and went back to stock grill (albeit in faux carbon fiber finish)...

Its big & gaudy ? Sort of looks like lipstick on the teeth of a 75 year old broad who thinks she's hot when she's all made up. The rest of the car looks sharp! Remove the amg badging. Nice job!

Thanks for all the constructive input guys!!

I've removed the amg emblem but will probably keep the e500 badge and the front grill.

I like the front grill so it'll stay on till I'm bored with it.

The car was lowered with star to minimum allowable ride height. I also have a few washers in place too.

You're right.

It looks like an old man wearing lipstick.

Anyway you two are definitely in the minority. And since you're dressing the car up to look like an E63, it really emphasizes that now. It's not being individualistic, it's being pure ghetto. It's just the wrong grill for that car's design. Trust everybody here.

fwiw, you might search the AMG boards and see the responses from AMG owners about using a star grill on W211s. Big no-no. It just doesn't work on the car, sorry.

not sure what crawled up your crack but you seem to be taking this a bit personal.

If I want to put on a different grill, body kit, slap on some aftermarket wheels, lower my ride, I should be able to do that without ghetto stabs.

We're all enthusiast here with different tastes and some have a desire to change things. Otherwise we'd all be rolling stock.

But thanks for all your constructive comments, you've been a great contributor to this thread and no doubt a valuable member of this community. Although i'd be a bit discouraged if this community was represented by your harsh amplitude of opinions.

ignore the trolls, and you'll go far...

i'd prefer if you pulled off the AMG badge, but leave the E500 on. The grille personally leaves something left to be desired, but to each his own. I'm liking the bodykit, wheels and exhaust tips though!

We're all trying to help. And the voices are unanimous.

But I'm just being direct and to the point. You weren't listening to anybody else.

But now you are. See, it works

Anyway, get used to people being hard nosed here sometimes. Try the AMG boards, but put on your armored flame suit first.

I like your car, just sincerely hate to see you f**ck it up, is all.
