wow 51K seems steep to me, I am sure you can get a new 2010 for that price, but then again most of like the W211 better. I remember when I bought my E-class before the new design came out, got a great deal! Then when the new design came out, I was interested in another car same thing, model, options, etc. and they wanted more used than what I paid new off the lot for it. Reason was because the new E didnt do as well as they thought it would.

What would you consider a fair price for a 2009 E550 CPO with P1, & 8k miles? Dealer is asking $51K.
In todays market you can get a new car for less.
Keep shopping around and/or offer $41K.

Same here, I wouldn't pay anything near 50k for a used E550, reason because I have read members here were getting brand new E550s with at least P2 option for around 50k during this time around last year if I remember correctly.
I cant seem to know why most of the E classes only equipped with P1 and Pano, no way I would get a Merc without the P2 package = Xenon nowadays. Unless you gonna upgrade that halogen headlights with decent HID kits or some sort of aftermarket HID mods....
Ok, I would start negotiating the ask price w/ a low low 40k, and works the way up if I were you....no sure how much cpo would add to the value of the car!
