As long as the dealer gave it a good once-over, you should be fine. They would probably approach you offering repairs if they could find anything that needs attention.
How many miles do you have? I would recommend you getting a VMI from your dealer (a vehicle warranty-work history) and look it over to see what work has been done in the past. The EGR valve is a common replacement part on this car, if it has not already been done. It will trip the Check Engine light and cause power loss.
The mileage is excellent on these car as well as the acceleration. I have really enjoyed mine.

serenity tires. The car has 70,000 miles and looks good to go for along time. When comparing it to my fords, we have a v10 excursion with 100,000 miles an 04 mustang GT wit 14000 miles and a fusion with 58,000 miles. None of these have ever seen a repair shop, only common wear parts replaced by myself. I'm sure the MB we serve us well.

The best I have achieved is 860mi/tank. That was on a business trip to and from with limited city driving included. Incredible mileage for the comfort and safety they provide.
