Look in the center armrest and compare to the pictures at
http://cartronics.com/MBMost.html?MBClass=E&VIM=1
Click the bluetooth (and ipod) section. Look at the pictures and follow the instructions online, and you will see what is needed, if anything.

you need to search the forum there is tons of posts about this.
But if you open the middle console there should be a plug on the bag wall, it may be covered by a little plastic cap which you need to remove. This is where you would plug-in the bluetooth craddle which if you buy at MB would run you $500. You can buy one elsewhere here or Ebay cheaper.
If you don't have the craddle already installed would be the reason why you are not getting it to work!!
I have attached pics of what the craddle looks like and what the plug looks like.

bsvensson is correct. However there are several... almost ready examples too. By reading the post on our website, it will help you determine what you need. You are also welcome to call one of our techs at 678-528-3443 - any one of them can help you. Just ask for "tech support".

I don't have the plug for the Bluetooth module inside my middle console..but I want to get Bluetooth in my car cause I have all the call buttons on my steering wheel. Can I buy this plug somewhere and get it installed?

It is not just a plug...it is all the support electronics (in your trunk for your car), and wiring and bluetooth dongle. It is MUCH easier and less expensive in almost all cases, to simply install the iTronic BT and then you will have ALL the factory functions (all buttons work, etc) - plus a few other features. You can read more about it at our site cartronics.com
