Yesterday I pulled the intake manifold.
Today I put the new (reman) in.
Tomorrow I finish buttoning it up.
It also got a new cam magnet, new crankcase vent, new plus in the back of the heads, and a new serpentine belt tensioner.

All buttoned up, purring like a kitten.
No leaks, no dripps, no error codes.
I go to back it out of the garage for a test drive, and find a broken front spring. Not even my fault, since I did not jack it up to do the work.

Now what?
I replaced the two front air springs, and the valve block in my 2007 e550. I had to reinstall the old compressor because the new one had stripped threads on the outtake. The left rear of the car no longer sags and the front looks fantastic!
One minor problem. It now rides like a tank. I ordered a new compressor (from a different company) and hoping it's a pressure release valve issue, although I suspect not. One of the things I love most about this car is the smooth ride. If I wanted it to ride like a go cart I would have purchased a Vette!
Not sure what to do at this point.............

Sure, here it goes.
Got them at 85 usd shipped including the bulb board from an eBay seller (a new home seller, not the typical store type eBay sellers), hard to find the other side for around the same price..
Only thing is that this are usdm and my car is euro specs.. Don't know if usdm have the second pull up light on the rear, the 'rear fog lights'. When I activate it nothing happens on the tails.

Looks nice man. I would love to switch to 07-09 tail lights too but yea they are kinda expensive so i'll think about it.
But i am looking for a trunk lid/spoiler tho. A vendor here said a little over $100 but I see a few on amazon for $40 and i can get the tape for few extra bucks.

it is perfect, and it covers the small ding from a snow shovel that fell off the garage wall.
