Just a FYI, Twice, I tried selling a good used airmatic shock off my E500 for $35.00 on ebay and got NO buyers. I thought I was giving someone a shot at a good part. Guess no one is interested in used shocks.

Wow, that's amazing when you see how much OEM replacements cost new. I guess some people would rather use aftermarket replacements than used OEM parts.

 

I would be interested in new black grill and a flat hood badge for $100.

I guess folks just don't trust buying used shocks. I would not have offered it on Ebay if I thought it was bad. I had one blow the oil seal and replaced both. The one I removed was in great shape. At the time I ordered the parts I didn't know only one was leaking oil. I thought they were both bad.

Given I offered the shock for such a low price I thought it might help a cash strapped person out. Guess after 2 weeks in 7 day runs no one was interested even at $35.00.

If someone wanted mine I would sell it, but otherwise it is on the shelf if I blow another, I'll put it back on.

No, I never replaced the damaged one that was in the car (had the air bubble issue). So that's the way it was when I traded it in. Sorry, good luck.
