According to the link and search, my dealer has the Hunter balancing machine and StraightTrak® LFM Integration. Assuming they operate the hardware correctly, I could use them. Thanks!

It's annoying as hell.
The Michelins are good tires and should balance out. The problems you describe sound like bent rims bad wheel bearings or possibly bad ball joints. Have you really checked the car and not just looking at balance. I suspect something else other than the New Michelin's.
