OK....still think this is worth a try...most likely cause, although not certain. A road force balancer is not a high speed machine, but it is much more precise. We had to go through this to eliminate a slight vibration on our E350....good luck.

03 E500 and Corvette
I just found the same problem on my car. Had tires rotated/balanced at dealer and now I get vibrations at 35-45MPH, seat/floor and steering wheel. Been back 3x, they cannot figure it out. Tires are new and this is first rotation. Primacy MVX4.
I may just have them put them back to original positions.
