i have beige interior and my belts are dirty.. What do you guys use to clean them?
I use Blue Coral Dri-Clean Carpet & Upholstery Cleaner on the rear seat belt (also cashmere beige like yours), which gets a bit dirty from use by my daughter.

I use warm water and soap. (I know, primitive) but I get a bowl filled with warm water and grease-fighting dish soap.... and I grab a sponge with a scrubber side and some towels.
Fold the sponge in half after dipping it in the soapy water. When folding it in half you can clean both sides of the seat belt at the same time. Go over them as many times as you want.
Then dry them off with the towels to prevent mildew smell. It works wonders.

Pull the belt(s) out as far as it will go and attach a clip so it won't retract.
After cleaning, leave it extended until fully dry. Neutral soap and water, as stated, really is the best cleaner.
