Shawn: same sound system, just packaged with the sunroof at a small discount. I have it in the package.

 

the sound system is worth it... so if you say you can live w/out panoramic roof then get the E2 package

 

Get the HK. It is worth every penny IMO.

 

When it works-

Mine has been offline 3 times And today I picked up my E500 from the dealer after they have had it for 2 weeks and poof ! the stereo quits 1 block from the dealer. !!! They were supposed to have fixed it.

Like I said.... When it works....

 

The LOGIC7 does not and has not played and Surround-coded cd's (DTS,DD) all it does it converts a stearo signal in 7:1 surround.

How, I don't know and I really don't think it is surround. Does not sound nearly as good as my home surround system that does play DTS cd's

I have this system Harman/Karmon Prologic7 on my w211 T-modell.
The headunit is audio 50 APS.
My question is: Can i upgrade my system with a comand headunit?
Or if i put the comand headunit i left the Prologic7.

I tend to agree about not being true surround sound. The surround sound systems in the Acura cars are phenominal. When Mercedes gets around to improving their nav, they may want to take a look at these LOGIC7's also. They're not what they should be.

 

The COMMAND unit works perfectly with HK Prologic 7. Not important, but what is your native language?
