2005 E500 Rear suspensions not rising

Please someone help me. The car's battery discharged, after recharging it, i noticed that both rear air suspension are down, and they are not rising even after i pressed car-rise button? Is it related to battery discharged-recharged? Thanks.

If its both sides of rear then its most likely a air valve going to the rear or rear sensor problem.

I understand your car is a wagon model? There is a recall (even in Europe) for the rear sensor arm that tends to break. Depending on the position the sensor is left, the rear will either raise or go down (I believe the latter is normal):

The last time I got a "too low" message in RED ... I had to have an air shock replaced.

Your message is about a year old now, what did you have to do to rectify the problem?
