Took Delivery of 2015 ML-350 Tonight
...and frankly, very sadly bid goodbye to my 2007 E-550 at the dealership.
Compared to the ML, my E was a sports car. I think the 211s are still the nicest looking MB sedan of all time... so fluid looking, poised to pounce in appearance, and the first of the screamin' 5.5L V8 dynasty.
Truly sad to see it go, but it had 85,500 miles on it, and needed a (2nd) new A/C evaporator, and had an intermittent ESP warning light problem. I just didn't want to put the money into it.
What a great ownership experience it was. Someone is going to get the cleanest, most well maintained, un-dinged or touched up E 550 ever built. I hope they enjoy it as much as I did.

Congratulations on the new car Barry, hope we still see you here on the W211 forum from time to time, it's always been a pleasure getting your input on things. Hope the ML serves you well

No AWD buyers in South Florida....and I am never taking a drive TO NY. 1st stop is Jet Blue terminal, Then a car rental desk for visits to NY!
