Mercedes benz w211
W211 AMG LOGO STARTUP
I've got a w211 mercedes and i want an amg logo on startup..i tried 3,5,7 trick but it dont apear amgw211_ece/usa anywhere..someone please help me what should i do ? Thanks

Scroll down, if I remember correctly. I did that on my car.

1. Ignition on, to auxiliary position
2. Press "Serv" button
3. Press and hold "5" button, count to 5, then
4. Press and hold 3 and 7 buttons as well, until menu appears.
5. Select "w211 AMG"
7. Press "back", ignition off, open door, close door.

the menu cames up but i can't find the amgw211 anywhere at menu

This person is using euro Comand so that cant be it.


Not sure why the option doesnt come up. Maybe something to do with software version?

Now I'm curious. So would the option vary based on year? Is it possibly locked out by STAR? I'm just throwing stuff out there.

Is it possible to scroll up ? It should be there. Mine is an '04 as well and it's certainly present.

I understand this is a few years ago but looking at four different threads on this, this 5-3-7 procedure is not working for my 09 E63. Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated!
