Hello, I have a 2003 E320 with radio/cassette/CD changer that has decided to crap out on me. Does anyone have any suggestions on a replacement that fits the car?

Android head units.. all around the best bang for the buck.. flexible, has all options like bluetooth and reverse camera, wifi and all other andorid apps that you can download.

One thing I'm finding is that since the MB radio has fiber cables, does that mean I'd have to run new speaker wires?

Both look good but make sure you get radio with AM & FM tuning steps for North American stations. Anything shipped directly from China or H.K. etc. should be double checked before ordering.

Chinese and Europeans use different tuning steps and those receivers will not work properly here, unless you can change it. Some receivers have a switch but most do not.
