who would be interested in clear reflectors?

hey guys,

i was searching for clear bumper reflectors to replace the amber bumper reflectors on my W211 E320 and it seems like no one makes them.

I have a friend who can help me actually make some clear bumper reflectors for the W211. But of course, we have to make many sets to make it worthwhile.

I was wondering how many of you would be interested in buying a set of these. The cost would probably be around $40. Based on your interest, i'll decide whether we make them or not.

I think only the US models have this bumper reflector, but correct me if im wrong.

well, let me know what you guys think. OR if you have any specific requests or ideas about this, let me know also.

thanks : )

Sure, I've looked all over and found none and would like to replace the ugly orange reflectors.

clear or smoked?

i personally think clear reflectors would look better, but would you guys rather have smoked reflectors?

the smoked relfectors might look better on a darker colored car, but right now i'd only want to make one kind to start with.

please let me know if you have any preference. thanks!

of course the more people i hear back from about this, the better. Just a simple reply of "yes" will do

I would prefer clear - I think that would look best with Brilliant Silver.

The body colored side markers that I saw were just the plain orange reflectors spray painted to match the body. I question the legality of that. Some state inspections may not pass a car that does not appear to have the D.O.T. mandated reflector/lights on the front of the car.
