Video of suspension knock/pop...
Finally got a good video that the suspension knock I am experiencing happens. Its not all the time, but with enough of the weight shifting, it does it.
It typically makes the noise when I am going at slower speeds <10mph. No odd sounds or noises at higher speeds, even if I go around a corner fast.
Have 122k now. 2008 E350 4Matic
I've replaced:
Lower control arms + ball joints
Upper control arms + ball joints
Sway Bar End links
Any ideas if that sounds like anything else?

I would check the lower arm that attaches to the shock/strut. There is a rubber bushing that can deteriorate after a few years. Get under the car and try moving the arm and also rotating the arm. The rubber bushing will be torn if bad.
I would also check the condition of your struts. A worn strut can cause a type of klunk noise. Check for sign of fluid leak from the strut, or maybe it has dried on the outside of it.

Believe it or not I had the same noise and it was the bottom bolts to my motor mounts had vibrated out due to me not torquing them down properly. 
. I would start by tightening every bolt to the suspension, sway bar strut, brake, sub frame, just to be sure.

How important is it to torque this stuff down under compression? Is that what you failed to do the first time which caused the issue? Some of this stuff is damn near impossible to get a torque wrench to while you have the tires on the car unless you have an actual lift.

Had the clunking noise. Just replaced front sway bar and links.
