front brake lock under hard braking
The rear pads are low, and seem to be putting out a lot more dust than the fronts, Im thinking they are a different compound. I will change them.
Yes, it has the SBC and definitely feels different.
Will a trouble code be stored somewhere that can be retrieved even tho there are no indicator lights on the dash?
Is a scanner like Actron 9680 capable of retrieving these codes?




BUT for brake flush you need SD level scanner. Hook up your Actron and see if it will give you SBC options. Don't hold your breath.
Since it is new car to you, you have to start with basic.
- fluid flush
-new pads since old one are questionable (Akebono are recommended)
-rotors careful inspection
-ABS and reluctor rings careful inspection.

Replaced 4 tires to remove vibration from flat spot.
Observation: The backup battery under the hood looks to have been replaced recently.
Codes pulled: C11B3 steering angle sensor has failed several times -performed relearn procedure and cleared code.
P2403 left front wheel rpm signal sent from the traction system via the can bus is implausible (bingo! -same wheel that is locking up)

After resetting the steering angle the ABS light came on and has stayed on.
To Do List: Going to check the LF ABS sensor and reluctor ring. Of note I haven't seen a replacement procedure for a ring w/o 4 matic option. Is it unitized with the hub?
I have new akbono pads for the rear (had them on my old 210
MacGyver a pressure bleed system for the brakes.
Question; are the 9XXX codes significant, (A real problem?) or just residual with the LF ABS issue?
