That looks like a "cut and shut" that fell apart when it hit something ...
(Two write-offs welded together to make one working one, with fake identities etc etc)

i agree with Richard...because where i'm originally from (Taiwan) they do do that. i.e. if there are two M3s one dead on the left and the other on the right they would cut both car in half and make it into one car...the shop would sell it cheap and told they will not be held responsible.

haha... or it could be a stolen car from another country, got chopped into smaller pieces for the ease of transportation, and reassembled together at the destination! Very popular in asian countries, dunno about Kuwait though.
